The Human Resources Unit handles many necessary functions of the Organization to ensure that its most valuable asset, its employees are well equipped. It is instrumental in Labor Law compliance, Record keeping, Hiring, Training, Compensation, Staff Rewards and Incentive, Performance Evaluations, Disciplinary, Health and Safety, managing all Staff Benefits (Health Insurance /Supplemental Benefits Plan), managing Vacation leave request and Certified Medical leave. The Unit also ensures that all staff has the necessary resources to carry out their assigned duties efficiently and effectively, Professional Development / Mentoring. The Human Resources Unit is also in charge of the planning of Staff Events.
