Mr. Laurinston Matthew has over 20 years’ of work experience within the Development Bank of St. Kitts & Nevis in the following Units, Delinquency Unit, Loan Management & Documentation Unit & Management Information Systems.
Mr. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration Degree.
Mr. Matthew has completed training in the following areas: Organizational Culture, Intro to Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012, Intro to Crystal Reporting, Advanced Crystal Reporting, Intro to Microsoft Azure for IT Professionals, Intro to QL Database, Intro to Java Script/Query, Supervisory Management and Effective Communication and Leadership.

Ms. Godwin, our Deputy General Manager, is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, resilient, and determined professional with approximately ten (10) years of management experience in banking, credit risk assessment, and financial reporting. Ms. Hyacinth Pemberton is among the finest financial minds of the
present era. Having served the people of St Kitts and Nevis through the
Development bank of St. Kitts & Nevis, she has performed duties in most
areas within our Nevis Branch, along with numerous acting positions within the Main Branch.
Ms. Pemberton holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Sunderland
in the United Kingdom and a Masters of Science in Management &
Finance from the Birmingham City University also of the UK.
Driven by the need to be competent and professional in the execution of her duties and service to her country men and women, she ensured to pursue supplementary training over time.

Ms. Danienne G. Y. Brin has over 11 years work experience within Development Bank of St. Kitts & Nevis, which includes the following Units, Loan Management and Documentation Unit, Office of the Chief Executive Officer, and Human Resources Unit.
Ms. Brin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from St. Mary’s University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and a Master of Science degree in Public Administration and Social Change from Walden University, Columbia, Maryland, USA.

Mrs Jasmine Irish is presently the Manager of the Project Research and Development Unit
with the responsibility of managing the development of environmental systems and policies
and solving and alleviating environmental issues within the Bank.
Mrs Irish has held several executive positions within the Development Bank of St Kitts-Nevis
including Acting C.E.O, Acting General Manager, Operations Manager, Manager

She is a Certified Residential Underwriter (CRU) and Member of the Real Estate Institute of
Canada. She holds an MBA with a Specialism in Finance from the University of Edinburgh
