The Compliance Unit is responsible for implementing systems and controls to ensure there is compliance with applicable laws and internal policies of DBSKN.
Additionally, the Unit ensures that all loan approvals disbursements are in acceptance with the Banks’ policies, disbursement conditionalities are adhered to by clients and staff and, review bank policies to ensure effective implementation.
